"Between Two Worlds" is a personal exploration of identity, belonging, and transformation through the eyes of Nigerian born , Manchester based artist TEDA. This solo exhibition features a collection of paintings created during TEDA's time in Manchester, capturing the emotional journey of navigating life between two cultures. Each piece reflects themes of self-reflection, acceptance, and growth, offering a poignant glimpse into the artist's evolving sense of self. "My Mind is My Pen" shows how our minds shape who we are and how we act in the world.

In the middle of the artwork, there's a character surrounded by plant-like figures. This symbolises how your mind can create and express things, how the mind is interactive with the world which leads to growth and development as there is always an opportunity to do better, grow, and ultimately evolve. The artwork asks you to think about how your mind makes you who we are.

"My Mind is My Pen" makes you think about how your thoughts and personalities are connected. It makes you look inside yourself and think about what makes you who we are. With its interesting pictures and deep meaning, the artwork helps you understand more about how your mind works and what it means to be human.
